I would recommend preparing a list of questions and bringing this to the call to make the most of your hour.
2. None of the timings on the calendar work for me, can you make any exceptions?

3. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Cancellations to be made more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be charged a $30 cancellation fee and $50 will be refunded
- No shows will not be refunded
