The brief was to redesign a website that reflects the vibrancy of Sydney’s wellness scene as well as matching e-books so she could sell nutrition and fitness plans πŸ₯™

Loved working with you on this project Meghan (previously Meg Caldwell Coaching, now @manlywomenswellnessclub) and I can’t wait to join your hike club in person one day πŸ˜β˜€οΈ

My beautiful clients @iamcocoalexandra and @doris.ay are hosting a healing retreat in Bali next month! 😍

Absolutely loved creating the marketing material for this, it felt really special to create this for them and it’s why I love working with so many wellness clients πŸͺ·

This retreat was created for the busy modern woman and Coco and Doris have literally thought of everything that you would want to feel nourished and rejuvenated. From daily yoga to sisterhood circles, massages and exploring the island of Bali 🌴

I believe they only have a couple of spots left if this sounds like something that calls to you πŸ₯° Drop them a DM to enquire!

A friend and I had this routine every Friday where we would text each other our ✨win✨ for the week so we could cheer each other on.

She would share something that was actually really important to her, then follow it up with "but that's not really a win" as if she was embarrassed to feel good about it.

It's common to only see people celebrating huge milestones - engagements, new babies, hitting 6-figures, buying a new home, that all the small wins that add up to the bigger goal feel like nothing.

I've learnt to celebrate any wins big or small in the past couple of years. If it made me feel good, if it brought me closer to my personal or business goals, it's a win. It's helped me deal with any setbacks and focus on the overall progress that I'm making.

Even if I haven't hit my $ goal in a month, I know I've still had a epic month and am already 10 steps closer to the bigger picture πŸ₯°

This month’s β€œwin” looks a little different β˜οΈπŸ•ŠοΈπŸŒΏ
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
It comes from the huge loss of my fur baby and best friend, Minky πŸ₯Ή
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
I’ve had a few weeks to process it and I’m in a good place now to reflect and share.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
I was a mess in the first week. I couldn’t sleep and was ugly crying everyday.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
But one thing I noticed was that I had learnt to ride the emotional waves instead of drowning in them.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
Every pet parent dreads the day their fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge, and there was a part of me that worried about it because I didn’t know if I could cope πŸ˜… Out of all the challenges thrown at me in the past year, I thought this would be the one to break me.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
However it was those tests that slowly built me up. Despite the devastation of her passing, internally I felt stronger than ever.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
I let go of showing up on IG to give myself space, but client work and the rest of the business still ran as usual behind the scenes. I gave myself plenty of time to grieve, before picking myself back up again.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
I have a post-it reminder on my laptop that says β€œdo it for minky”. It reminds me to keep going and remember my bigger purpose.
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
Minky may not be on earth anymore but I know she’s still looking down on me and making sure I keep my head up so I can continue to help other rescue doggies πŸ₯Ήβ€οΈ

I used to feel like I had to position myself as an authority (ick) in this space otherwise how would people trust you to use your services??

But fuck it, I’m just a normal human being learning and experimenting as I go along and I want to share these pieces with you πŸ’•
